Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling of any appointment. If you fail to provide the salon a 24-hour notice you will be charged 50% of scheduled services. If you refuse to pay or we do not hear from you day of appointment, you are required to pay 100% of missed appointment before rescheduling. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled and a rescheduling fee will be charged due to the inconvenience of the stylist and next client.
